Food Bank
Agape food bank, is an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the community, by providing food on a weekly basis to help family’s cope with the financial economic changes that has put a strain on families. We believe that food is a human right, and we continuously pursue new solutions to serve the needs of our communities. Agape food banks name was inspired from the the fatherly love God has for humans, as well as the human reciprocal love for God. In Scripture, the transcendent agape love is the highest form of love and the food bank represents Gods love and provision for the people of the earth.
Our mission for this food bank
is to see many families, effectively stay afloat, by ensuring they have the food that they need to help them through the week. We envision a community in which everyone has access to sufficient nutritious food, no matter what background. Our onward mission is to be able to effectively cater and distribute variety of foods to all nationalities. The mission of the Agape Food Bank is to help our neighbors thrive by creating more equitable access to food and opportunity through community partnerships.
